Sheesh is well known for its fine dining experience, and it definitely gave off this impression from the very moment you drive into their car park! The place looks indeed exquisite and my favourite part about this experience was the dark lighting, we could have some privacy whilst dining and I loved the interior design of this place.
What we ordered:
▪️Mix Sheesh (£38): the famous Sheesh platter! I hate to be that person but this is definitely overhyped😳. Really can’t fault the quality of the meats because it was incredibly soft and tender. I would definitely avoid getting mix Sheesh and order the lamb alone. The chicken was cooked well but tasted SO bland, we had to ask for salt and pepper! I enjoyed the lamb however. The salad was great too but again, the presentation carried this whole meal because aside from this, it wasn’t all that.
▪️Sizzling Shrimp (£16): can’t fault the quality of these shrimps, cooked to absolute perfection. The actual flavours on the other hand was nothing special. Wouldn’t order again tbh
▪️Creamy Garlic Cheesy Mushrooms (£12): other than the actual mushrooms itself being a little hard, this would’ve been a great accompaniment to our mains. I hope this was a one off because of all the sides on their menu, this looks most appealing. I’d be brave and order again😂
▪️Hand Cut Chunky Chips (£6): can’t fault these, they were crispy and flavoursome. I really liked this!
Overall, the vibe and aesthetics of this place definitely carried this experience. The actual food itself is not memorable, but everything else was. I’m glad that the meat was cooked well because if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t even bother visiting again. But this place isn’t completely off the cards! You might see me here in a year or so lmao😂. It was still a great experience nonetheless!

One of my favourite sushi spots in East London primarily for their affordable prices but also their amazing hospitality. The staff here are always so welcoming and attentive every visit!
Recently we found out that Sushi Masago deliver to Holborn (worth the 75 min wait lmao). This sushi fed 10 of us and boy were we finishedddddd by the end of the meal😩😩
Some of the favourites listed below:
▪️Harushami sushi roll (~£6): this one tasted UNREAL. It’s got all the sushi fillings inside and topped with salmon nigiri and fried onions👏👏🤝This is deffo my favourite item here
▪️Salmon Tempura Roll (~£6): this is a deep fried sushi roll and I think it tastes sooo good when you pair it with soy sauce, wasabi and the sriracha mayo🤝🤝
▪️Chicken mini katsu urumaki (~£5): for the chicken lovers lmao I don’t think I’ve tried this but my friend only eats sushi if there’s chicken in it so this one was for her😂
I’d love for you all to show these guys your support! For the price, their items are top tier❤️❤️ esp my uni students studying around Central London, bulk order from them within your friendship circles! We were all soooo stuffed in a good way😂

I think if you are craving an Indian where the service, decor and food are not compromised, dishoom is a great option. The quality of their food is definitely noticeable and a great place for your casual dinners with friends.
What we got:
▪️dishoom house chaat (£5.70): this was really nice and would be one small plate I highly recommend👏🏽
▪️Chilli Chicken (£6.90): well favoured and had a nice amount of heat to it but wasn’t spicy so fit for all taste buds! Wasn’t a personal favourite but went nicely with the other dishes.
▪️Masala Prawns (£12.90): again not a showstopper. It was okay but not something I’d opt for in my future visit.
▪️Chicken Berry Britannia (£12.50): this was presented well and cooked through perfectly. The chicken ripped apart and the rice was perfect. I loved the addition of the cranberries. (Not as nice as my dads biriyani but still good!🤣)
▪️garlic naan (£3.50) - I was confused by how underwhelming it was! It was very crisp and not soft to bite at all!
Their drinks were the real winners for me personally. Their virgin pina colada was so good I would go back just for that alone🤣
All in all - I would recommend this place if you fancy an Indian and want to visit some place which will deliver some real quality cooked meats and staple dishes. Not a highly raved on about place if it’s coming from me, but a safe dinner spot for sure.

Are you ready to try the UK’s first stuffed gelato doughnuts?
Located in Shoreditch just opposite box park, we’ve got this fun, new quirky dessert parlour specialising in these mighty doughnuts and iced lattes!
🍩Gelato doughnuts (£5.75)
🍩Iced Lattes (£4.75)
🍩Hot chocolate (£4.50)
If you are a huge pistachio lover like me, go for the “Hey Mia” stuffed gelato doughnut. I personally think this was the best flavour!
If you could ask me what my favourite item here was, it would deffo be the Pistachio iced latte! Their pistachio cream is out of this WORLD👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽might just be the best pistachio iced latte I’ve had🔥I also really liked their hot chocolates, they’re thick and rich, just how they should be💅🏽they’re presented beautifully too!
Their grand opening is tomorrow, do show them support and visit!

📍The Landmark London (Afternoon Tea)
I am such a sucker for afternoon tea and this place has been on my list for YEARS! The palm trees and Parisian architecture was truly iconic. I feel like this alone carries this review, otherwise everything else? I’m in no rush to return🤌🏾
Note: Any Muslim followers must ask for halal chicken when prebooking. Also, they offer a secluded area for you to pray!
Let’s start off with the service: Rude and beyond immature. The biggest complaint I have from the evening was a few members sniggering at us multiple times.AFTER we had paid and got ready to leave, one of the female staff had approached the waitress who took our payment and said to ‘make sure we don’t leave without paying’. There were many occasions where the staff were clearly making fun of us.
Now onto the food:
* The sandwiches were rather dry and underwhelming. The smoked salmon sandwich was good.
* The scones weren’t the best I’ve had (fortnum and mason’s scones are my winners👏🏽👏🏽) but they were ok. They had a nice jam selection - personal fave was raspberry and redcurrant
* The desserts were a hit and miss. I really enjoyed the chocolate caramel mousse alongside the black cherry and vanilla bakewell, the others meh.
* The tea selection was good. I opted for the landmark blend which I liked a lot. It had a hint of bourbon vanilla but was still quite a strong tea which is what I like. My friends got the caramel blend tea which wasn’t as strong but was sweet!
* Nothing is refillable other than the sandwiches and the tea. Wish it was the scones rather than the sandwiches, they were way better.
Overall, with the bad service aside, I’m glad I visited but found the items here a tad bit underwhelming. I really wish this wasn’t the case as the scenes here are divine🔥😍I would still recommend everyone visiting here just for the sake of experiencing it! Some staff need training though.

Let’s make some chaat together❤️❤️
This is papri chaat but also chana chat and samosa chaat? I mixed it all together and produced this which was a hit👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
This is so easy to make but a real crowd pleaser! Make this at your next dinner party!🥳

📍Chai and Chappati (Luton)
This was my first time visiting Bury Park and although the desi clothes here were absolute garbage, this place wasn’t all so bad🥳
The food here was quite good, with a vast range of items on their menu too which was nice. I’ll list out the items and their prices here:
⚫️The Desi Classic Breakfast (£6.50):
⚫️Papri Chaat (£3.95)
⚫️Masala Chips (£2.50)
⚫️Chilli Paneer (£4.50)
⚫️Dynamite Shrimps (£7.50)
⚫️Gourmet Sliders (£5.95)
⚫️Pani Puri (£3.95)
⚫️Angus Smash Burger (£8.95)
Can’t really go in depth with every item here but the star of the show was the papri chaat, masala chips and the desi breakfast for sure😍😍😍. I enjoyed these three items the most.
What I would avoid ordering next time is the burgers and pani puri however. I blame my friends for ordering the burgers though idk what they were thinking🤣the pani puri was awful!
Overall a good option to dine in when feeling peckish. You can’t go to these desi cafes without having their karak chai btw, that stuff is my crack💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Quite a big statement I’m about to make but boy I think this might be one of my favourite brunch places in Central London🥳Not only for their food but the ambience, the service and the overall calm atmosphere amidst the busy location, making this place the perfect chill spot and even a study location!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It was to my surprise that this place serves Halal chicken!😍the kind waitress informed us before placing our order so that was delightful news!
So many of you guys visited this place after I first posted a review here and it’s all been so positive, I’m so so glad you all enjoyed your experience here too!🥰Check out my previous review if you haven’t already!
What we got:
🍎Eggs Florentine (£12.50): croissant, Spinach, beetroot *Lawrence voice* Hollandaise, classic hollandaise and poached eggs. This hit the spot, was so good and something I would deffo get again.
🍎Croissant butter pudding (£8.00) - you guys already know from my previous review that this is so good😍😍😍
🍎Grilled cheese and truffle sandwich (with added chicken) (£12.50) - I don’t know why my friend ordered this of all things but she enjoyed it thats all that matters🤣it was good however so if you do crave a sandwich, this would be a good option!
Overall, I highly recommend you guys visit this place, it’s so homely and just the perfect spot to visit alone to study or with friends!💜

If there’s one breakfast place you have to visit in East London, it is this place😮💨 The quality of the food and drinks here are unmatched, this really is one gem of a cafe🙏
Aside from their “beast from the East” which is their meaty breakfast, I highly recommend their “french meets english” breakfast (£8.90).
They also do freshly pressed juices. One of my favourites are their Kiwi, pineapple and pear juice (£3.50).
The only downside is the enormous queues to get in alongside how cramped it is inside, I really hope they branch out because aside from this, I really do love this place!❤️

A beautiful riverside restaurant perfect for any occasion!💅🏽
The food here wasn’t all that however the views definitely made up for it. The drinks too were rather basic. The way I see it is if it’s hard to remember what I ordered, I deffo didn’t rate it that much🤣
The food here is halal. I had confirmed this again with the waitress and she echoed this point👍🏾
🇮🇹Lasagna al Forno (£15): This was the best dish of the lot, tasted fresh and was piping hot. It’s just your ordinary lasagne, nothing too extravagant but I’d hoped it to have been though. If you are visiting this place for the first time, this would probably be the most appealing item on the menu so try this out.
🇮🇹Tagliatelle Gamberi E Funghi (£17.50): if you can’t stand the smell of seafood I can’t lie this won’t be the one for you. The aroma coming from this dish is very strong which I understand not many would like. The taste however is decent, quite plain but not the end of the world. The pasta was slightly undercooked however as it was hard in texture.
🇮🇹Chicken Caesar Salad (£15) - not going to talk about this one; this was my friends L for ordering this in the first place lol. The Lettuce was brown and just wasn’t enjoyable.
* Canary Sunset (£6.5) - wouldn’t recommend this
* Virgin Mojito (£6.50)
* Virgin Pina Colada (£6.50) - I order this drink everywhere😩it was okay!
The service here was good, the waitress was really friendly. Although the food was meh, the atmosphere made the experience enjoyable and for that reason alone, I would consider visiting again in the near future. This is regarding the outdoor seating, although the indoor seating too looked good.

I’m no bubble tea addict but my oh my if there is one place I would recommend for those who like both milk and fruit tea, it would have to be this place👏🏽👏🏽. I’m trulyyyy amazed at how spot on their drinks are as well as how affordable each drink is too👍🏾.
If you keep up with my page you will know how much of a creme brûlée milk tea addict I am, so after hearing this place come out with their own version, I was so so so excited. Truth be told, it is very much worth the hype here💃🏽Here’s what we got!
🧋Taro Creme brûlée milk tea (£6 for L - top drink): my first time trying taro I was so shook, however this has suchhhh a unique yet nice taste to it. Paired with the creme brûlée and tapioca? Match made in heaven💅🏽💅🏽I was advised to not go for the brown sugar tapioca just regular and I’m so glad I did that, as this is veryyy sweet, so keep that in mind for sure. I would 100% have this again!
🧋Brown sugar milk tea with fluffy cheesecake topping (£6 for L - left): if you don’t have an extreme sweet tooth and would prefer something subtle and more milky, this is the drink for you😍. A classic you CAN’T go wrong with. It was so good. Me being the creme brûlée feen, I would ask for this topping too next time😉😮💨🤤.
🧋Lychee butterfly pea tea with tapioca and lychee jelly (£6ish L, right): the perfect drink for summer. Can’t go wrong with this. Tastes very similar to the lychee drinks from back home, but so much nicer with the toppings.
This whole review summed up: You have to visit💃🏽
Whilst the seating here is quite limited and small, there’s a lovely little park opposite the shop with loads of benches and pretty sunflowers scattered around🌻
Although this was an invite, you guys already know I’m upfront with reviews lmao. I can’t really express how much I love this place🙈Thank you guys for having me down❤️

This place has a wide variety of items which intrigue me, one being their Green Chilli Cheese burger! Safe to say that this visit won’t be the last, I’m yet to try the other stuff on their menu!🙏
✔️Green Chilli Cheese Burger (£9) - good quality burger, didn’t get boring either which was a delight🙌🏼 wasn’t spicy at all however loved the addition of this green chilli, levelled up your usual chicken burger🙋♀️
✔️Loaded Fries (£3.50 ~) this was bursting with flavour and went so well with the burger. I just wish it would have been a little saucier, otherwise it was really good🤩
The place itself is rustic and very casual, perfect for your catch-ups with friends. The staff are so lovely here which made the experience so much better🥰
